Everfitusa offers a generous 30-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To qualify for a return, the product must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at sales@everfitusa.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Labels for Customers

  • For Defective Products: We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items.
  • For Customer Remorse: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

Return Period

Customers have a 30-day window to initiate a return from the date of receiving their products.

Accepted Product Conditions for Returns

Restocking Fee

Exchanges

Everfitusa processes exchanges for damaged, inaccurate, or defective items. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us for further assistance.

Restoration Fee

No restoration fee will be applied to your returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and investigate it, we will let you know via email whether your return is deemed eligible. If it is, you will get your money back within 7 days on the same payment method you used to place your order. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@everfitusa.com.
